Introduction: Inca is an absolute dream to ride, handle and compete. Inca has been produced by her current rider, to 130 level. She has excelled and progressed beautifully! Inca is kind, straightforward, careful and quick - everything you want in a showjumper!
This sale presents a fabulous opportunity for someone to purchase a well bred, well educated mare who has the talent and potential to excel at the highest level.
Bloodlines: Inca is undoubtedly exceptionally well bred, being sired by Diamant De Semilly out of Denison Park Veliki - both extremely successful Grand Prix Showjumpers.
Diamant jumped Grand Prix classes to 1.60m CSIO5. He was French Champion in 2002, World champion by team, 9th in individual, in 2022 and won a silver medal at the World Championships in 2023. He has already produced more than 2500 showjumping winners in France and many other ones abroad, including 230 which have competed in 1.60m classes. Diamant is known for producing offspring that can not only jump but are willing, powerful, bold, balanced AND are sound!
Denison Park Veliki jumped successfully to Grand Prix level and is out of the super sire Vivant Van der Heffinck. In Australia alone he won five World Cup qualifiers with Chriss Chugg and placed 7th in the 2010 World Cup Final in Genf. In 2011, he was successful in Nations’ Cups with Katharina Offel and in 2015, he was successful at the European Championships in Aachen with Cassio Rivetti (UKR), even though he was 17 years old. Vivant offspring are highly sought after both in Australia and Internationally for their scope, bravery, consistency and soundness.
Conformation: Inca is a wonderful example of the modern performance horse - compact, athletic and refined. Her paces display balance, elasticity, power and activity.
Education, riding and experience: Inca is well established on the flat with automatic flying changes and a super canter. This makes her rideable, adjustable and competitive on course!
Inca has competed and placed to 130 with 135 jump offs. Inca is competitive, quick and rideable around the course. She is brave and careful - which we all know is an exceedingly rare combination! Inca is willing, sharp and responsive - like any horse that is competitive at this level.
inca loves a trail ride or ride around the farm. Inca is currently in work and competing.
Handling: Inca is easy and straightforward on the ground to catch, groom, rug, wash etc. She is great for the farrier. Inca is very easy to load, travel and unload - in either a float or truck. She loves cuddles and affection.
Behaviour: Inca has traveled all over the countryside. She is happy in big city environments and with the chaos of Ag Shows. She travels happily and eats and drinks well when away from home.
Inca is sensible and reliable and to ride and handle. When fresh, she can occasionally kick out (with joy) in a canter transition or jig jog back to the truck with enthusiasm. However, she does not have any vices under-saddle or on the ground. Inca is always safe with absolutely no dirt.
Feeding and management: Inca is happy to be stabled and can be paddocked on her own, with a companion in sight, or with another horse.
Medical history: Inca does not have any medical or management issues.
Rider Suitability: Inca would suit a competitive and experienced rider who is looking for an established, straightforward and competitive horse to show jump to 120-140 plus level.
Reason for sale: Inca is for sale as she is ready to compete 140 plus. She is sound, fit and ready to compete.
