     • We support every part of the sale or purchase process — except the viewing.
     • Everything is disclosed honestly and in writing.
     • We care deeply about creating the right long-term horse and rider match.
     • We don’t charge weekly training fees, so there’s no incentive to drag out a sale.
     • Our commission is 5% (half the industry standard), capped at $2,000 for sales and Premium Searches.
     • We do not charge for viewings — and never will.

   • WHY DO WE USE FORMS?
     To keep everything organised, transparent and in writing.
     Forms make it easier to compare options, track information, reduce time-wasting and help buyers make confident decisions.

   • HOW LONG ARE HORSES ADVERTISED FOR?
     Typically up to 3 months.
     If a seller is working collaboratively with PHS, we’re happy to discuss extending this timeframe at no additional cost.

   • HOW MANY HORSES ARE INCLUDED IN A SEARCH?
     Up to 30 horses that match your criteria.
     Up to 10 may be shortlisted for detailed information and viewings.

   • We’ll often send an additional 20–30 horses that may not perfectly fit the brief but could still suit.

   • There’s no strict time limit on searches, however, please see full Terms and Conditions re Completion Fee.

   • HOW IS THE SEARCH DATABASE PRESENTED?
     Each horse includes preliminary details and images - see below.
     For Premium Searches, shortlisted horses also include videos, results and references.
