Step 4: Suitability is assessed and discussed - in consultation with all parties

Step 5: PHS supports the client and seller through the search and purchase process - right through to getting quotes for transport

Step 6: Buyer pays the seller direct

Premium Search Service

$1000 upfront PLUS 5% completion fee (minimum $1000, capped at $2000) + GST

Our search service is a highly personalised, on-call concierge service. We invest our time, care and expertise to support you in finding the right long-term equine partner. 

Our Fee Structure is designed to be affordable and ensure the process is free from pressure or bias.

*Please note - 'Industry standard' search commission is 10% not capped - $5k on a $50k search - and the agent simply sends you ads. The agent doesn't get paid until you purchase - so the pressure is on!
