How it works:
Step 1: Fill in the obligation free listing form
Step 2: PHS contacts you to confirm the listing
Step 3: PHS drafts the ad and portfolio, client edits, ad goes live.
Step 4: Potential viewers submit EOI form, PHS adds it to the seller's 'viewer database'*
Step 5: Suitability is assessed, phone call and viewing take place with seller
Step 6: PHS supports both parties through the sale/ purchase process
Step 7. Buyer pays the seller direct.
Fees: 5% completion fee - minimum $500, capped at $2000 + GST
