FACTS

• We manage every part of the sale or purchase, except the viewing.

• Everything is disclosed, honestly, in writing.

• We genuinely care about the horse and rider being the right and long term match.

• We aren't paid a weekly training fee, so there is no incentive to prolong the sale process.

• We are paid  5% commission - half the industry standard - and it is capped at $2000 for sales and for premium searches.

• We do NOT charge for viewings - never have and never will.

QUESTIONS

1. Why do we need to fill in forms? 

   • So everything is in writing, organised and fully disclosed. 

   • It provides clarity, allows people to compare options and gives people confidence to make the right decision. 

   • It means that information is easy to keep track of and time wasting is minimised.

2. How long are horses advertised for? 

   • Generally, up to 3 months.

   • However, if the seller is prepared to work collaboratively with PHS, we are happy to discuss continuing after this time - at no additional cost.

3. How many horses are sent via a Search? 

   • Up to 30  that match the criteria, up to 10 horses being 'shortlisted' for comprehensive information and viewings.

   • However, we often send another 20 to 30 that don't quite fit the criteria, but that we think might suit, to cover all bases!

   • There isn't a 'time limit' on searches. 

4. How do you present the search database? 

   • Image below the preliminary details for one horse.

   • More details,video, results and references are added for shortlisted horses, as part of Premium Searches.
