But why all the forms, terms and conditions?

⭐️ This week: We sold 5 horses in 5 days. One sight unseen. The feedback has been incredible! ⭐️

🚩 One of those sales could have fallen through but despite all odds, we got it over the line to the satisfaction of both parties 🎉 

🛑 Two other sales didn’t complete because the owners didn’t follow our advice and the terms and conditions 🛑 

We have the forms, terms and conditions to protect everyone:

✅ to prevent time wasters

✅ to avoid conducting viewings that aren’t suitable

✅ to avoid losing other potential buyers while waiting for time wasters

✅ to prevent one party taking the upper hand and taking advantage of the other 

✅ to protect both sides equally and legally

✅ to find the perfect, long term home for the horse

✅ to make sure everyone gets paid 🤣💸

So, that’s why! 

And for the people at the back, remember.. no form, no go!

We don’t care if you offer us double the commission (yes, it’s happened more than once!).
