10% holding deposit for second viewings and vet checks
The holding deposit guarantees that the horse won't be sold 'out from under you'!
The holding deposit is refundable on an unsatisfactory vetting or if the horse is not as described at the second viewing.
Commission is paid by seller, not the buyer. The horse's price, is the 'horse's price'.
