Performance Horse Sales proudly presents DQ Stampede, a beautifully natured 6yr old, 16.2 warmblood gelding by imported sire Quintago 1.

Stampede is a very attractive fellow. A true show hunter with three even places and excellent manners - a real gentleman. Lovely swinging tail carriage, not switchy, doesn’t wear a weighted tail.

Stampede has successfully competed in Show Hunter events to qualify for the Grand Nationals, including by children in rider class events at busy Ag Shows. Stamped has also been show jumped and competed at an interschool combined training event by a younger teen.

Stampede has had professional training with a show jump rider, as his owners have limited expertise in this field. He has proven himself to be a very brave, scopey and careful showjumper. Stampede would also suit an eventing home due to his proficiency on the flat. 

Stampede is completely unaffected by atmosphere and is very calm and consistent at all events including in the jumping arena.

Stampede is great to handle on the ground, to travel or compete, with no known quirks. He is very easy to do everything with: clip, pull mane and for the farrier. Not matey and doesn’t have separation anxiety. No scars or medical issues.
